In-house events

Events are all seminars and workshops for which we enter into contractual agreements with companies whose employees participate in our seminars under the conditions agreed with their company.

All documents and materials made available to participants in paper or digital form are subject to copyright and are intended for the personal use of the participants only. In particular, it is prohibited to copy them and pass them on to third parties.

Confidentiality and data protection

The Jansen Academy and all its trainers undertake to treat all information we receive about participants and their companies as confidential.

Participants' personal data will only be processed and used for the agreed purposes. They will also be used to inform you about news, event dates and offers. If you do not want this, you can let us know and we will stop doing it immediately. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties.

Final provisions

Our business and legal relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should a provision of these terms and conditions or a regulation within the framework of other agreements be or become invalid or should a gap in the contract arise, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements. Negotiated agreements that deviate from these are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes that cannot be settled amicably is Feldkirchen-Westerham.
