How we ensure sustainable effectiveness of training

Feedback from participants and their managers

At the end of the training, the feedback from participants is very good (an average of 1.3 on a scale of 1 to 6). However, we see this as only a prerequisite for the actual goal: that participants benefit from what they have learned in their daily practice after the training and implement it successfully. That is why it is particularly important to us that the feedback from participants and their managers on the practical benefits of the training is also extremely positive. And this is how we ensure that:

1. Practical relevance and experience-based learning

In our face-to-face training courses – both virtual and on-site – we focus on practical relevance and “learning by doing”: We work interactively, build on the participants’ experiences and use tried-and-tested case studies from the IT business as well as cases from the participants’ everyday working lives. In this way, we ensure that the content is relevant to practice and that your employees immediately experience the connection to their daily challenges!

2. Active practice

In role plays, participants try out newly learned behavioral options, reflect on them with us, and work out possible improvements. Theoretical input serves as support. 3. Motivation and positive emotions

4. Transfer planning and transfer support

It increases the likelihood of implementation if you plan specifically when and how you will do something. That's why we have the participants prepare the practical transfer during the training. And we also support them after the training with weekly impulses. This way we ensure that the participants stick to the implementation!

5. Learning process instead of one-off action

With us, learning begins before the training and continues afterwards. On our digital learning platform, participants engage with the seminar content, reflect on their personal strengths and areas for improvement, get feedback from managers and colleagues, and formulate their individual learning goals. After the training, we give them tasks that reinforce the transfer and ask them to reflect on their progress. This is how sustainable behavioral changes are achieved!

Harald Jansen

As a graduate in business administration in international IT consulting, Harald Jansen sold, initiated and managed innovative IT projects for the retail sector. Today he is expert for training in the areas of consulting, sales and customer management.He is particularly keen to facilitate innovation and change, maximum benefit for all parties and create long-term relationships of trust.

Harald Jansen has been conducting trainings and workshops for IT professionals and managers in many countries in Europe, Asia and America.

Iris Jansen

The graduate psychologist Iris Jansen is specialist in leadership, self-leadership and collaboration.Her own management experience in a large IT group and in a medium-sized company and more than 30 years of training and coaching managers from the IT industry flow into her concepts for modern management training. It is a personal concern of hers to empower consultants, project managers and executives for daily challenges.She does this in a warm-hearted and at the same time very goal-oriented manner.

As a former head of human resources and organizational development, she understands the people management contacts of clients and supports them in suitable development offers for their respective companies.

Iris Jansen also practices the concept of lifelong learning herself and ensures continuous further education. Her work is particularly influenced by what she learned in the hypnosystemic training to become Coach, team and leadership developer studied with Gunther Schmidt at the Milton Erickson Institute.
