FAQ
Why is it important to make a strict distinction between meetings, workshops, presentations and training courses?
In our experience, this distinction is often not made clearly enough in practice. Of course, a "real" workshop can also include presentation parts, for example for a fit-gap analysis. Every workshop for process analysis of problem solving should be very interactive and through efficient visualization processes for the customer. The participation of the customer is clearly the main focus here; a workshop must therefore be prepared and carried out completely differently than a pure presentation.
How can we ensure that the workshops in the training are really practical for our consultants?
We have developed a procedure with which we guide the participants step by step real scenarios from the past or for the future so that our methods and tools realistic can be applied and practiced.
